Media, Art, and Culture

RYSE aims to partner with youth in cultivating their critical and creative voices to support them in reflecting and expressing their own experiences and that of their peers and communities. RYSE serves as a space that bolsters conscious art expression and dialogue.  The hallways and meeting rooms at RYSE display work produced for and by young people at the Center.  Media arts, visual and material arts, and performance arts programs and activities comprise the spectrum of programming and RYSE works in partnership with a number of local agencies to implement such programs.
